1. Medium: During the use of the stainless steel ball valve, attention should be paid to whether the medium used can meet the current ball valve parameters. If the medium used is gas, it is generally recommended to use soft seal. If it is liquid, hard seal or soft seal can be selected according to the type of liquid. If it is corrosive, fluorine lining or anti-corrosion materials should be used instead.
2. Temperature: During the use of the stainless steel ball valve, attention shall be paid to whether the working medium temperature can meet the currently selected ball valve parameters. If the temperature is higher than 180 degrees, hard sealing materials or PPL high-temperature materials must be used. If the temperature is higher than 350 degrees, high-temperature materials should be considered to replace.
3. Pressure: The most common problem of the stainless steel ball valve in use is the pressure. Generally, we suggest that the pressure level should be a higher level. For example, if the operating pressure is 1.5MPa, we suggest that the pressure level should not be 1.6MPa, but 2.5MPa. Such a higher level of pressure can ensure the safety performance of the pipeline during use.
4. Wear: In the process of use, we will find that some on-site industrial and mining requirements are relatively high, such as the medium contains hard particles, sand, gravel, slurry slag, lime and other media. We generally recommend that ceramic seals be used. If ceramic seals cannot solve the problem, other valves should be used instead.
