Product Description
Composition of instrument
The instrument is composed of measuring system, indicating system, magnetic auxiliary contact device, shell, adjusting device and junction box (plug base).
Working principle of instrument
Based on the spring in the measurement system, under the pressure of the measured medium, the end of the spring tube is chased to produce corresponding spring deformation displacement. With the help of the pull rod, it is transmitted and amplified by the gear transmission mechanism, and the measured value is indicated on the dial one by one by the indication on the fixed gear (together with the contact). At the same time, when it contacts with the contact (upper or lower limit) on the set pointer (dynamic breaking or dynamic closing), the circuit in the control system can be disconnected or connected, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic control and sending signal alarm.

Precautions for use of pressure gauge
1. The instrument must be installed vertically. During installation, it should be tightened with a 17mm wrench. The case should not be forced to twist. Collision should be avoided during transportation. 2. The instrument should be used at the ambient temperature of – 40-70 ℃.
3. The vibration frequency in the working environment is less than 25Hz, and the amplitude is no more than 1mm.
4. During use, due to the high ambient temperature, the indicated value of the instrument does not return to zero or the indicated value exceeds the difference, the sealing banana plug on the upper part of the case can be cut off to connect the inner cavity of the instrument with the atmosphere.
5. The application range of the instrument shall be between 1 / 3 and 2 / 3 of the upper limit.
6. Isolation device shall be added when measuring corrosive medium, possible crystallization medium and medium with high viscosity.
7. The instrument shall be verified frequently (at least once every three months). If any fault is found, it shall be repaired in time.
8. If the instrument is found invalid or damaged due to poor manufacturing quality within half a year from the date of delivery, the company shall be responsible for repairing or replacing it.
