Back pressure
■ High pressure valve (RVH)
Through the design of these high -voltage valves, the impact of the system back pressure is minimized.
■ Low pressure valve (RV)
The back pressure of the system will increase the set pressure of the valve. In order to compensate, subtract the results from 0.8 and subtract the results obtained from the required setting pressure.
When the back pressure is equal to atmospheric pressure, the results obtained by the application are preset.
For example: the set pressure required is 120 PSIG. The back pressure of the system is 40 PSIG.
Step 1. Back pressure is multiplied by 0.8.40 PSIG X 0.8 = 32 PSIG.
Step 2. Subtract the result from the required setting pressure. 120 PSIG -32 PSIG = 88 PSIG.
Step 3. Preset the proportion of the proportional load valve on 88 PSIG.
